I am a born and raised Carroll Countian.  My wife, Carlene Kelley, and I have three children and seven grandchildren.  All of whom reside in Carroll County.  I have been an owner/broker in the Real Estate business for the past 30 years.   I am currently in my fifth, consecutive, 4-year term as the Mayor of Huntingdon. I have had the opportunity to be a part of numerous positions such as but not limited to:  the Huntingdon Town Council, the Carroll County Property Assessor, and the Commissioner of Employment Security.  K & K Real Estate is here to share my knowledge and experience with you.    My family and I are transplants from Holden Beach N.C. (40 miles from Myrtle Beach S.C.) My Husband, Paul Brinkman      and  our two children, relocated here in 1992 for College.  Moving here has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made.  Huntingdon is centrally located to numerous colleges, medical centers and has all the amenities of big city living with the benefit of no state income tax, southern hospitality and a calmer pace of living.  I personally believe in my heart there is no better place to raise a family.  Huntingdon is truly a diamond in the ruff.
